Silverproof
A collection of photos I’ve taken on black and white film, others shot digitally and in color that I later edited to be black and white.
Considering how important color is to me in my photography and my approach to shooting, I find that when I remove the colors that initially motivated the image the work gets recontextualized and forces a change of perspective. Many of the photos will look familiar since a lot of the Silverproof work is also shown in the main gallery in color
